At Bolna, we are looking for a Back-end engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join us. We expect the candidate to take ownership of backend and infrastructure projects, and help in building and scaling our venture backed Voice AI startup!

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions and deliver features for a Voice AI Platform that's already in production.
• Take the ownership on backend and infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with designers and engineers throughout the product, design and implementation stages.
• Offer technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation advice directly to our clients.

Qualifications

• Previous founding or infrastructure roles with experience in Docker, K8s & distributed systems.
• Experience in backend software development and system design.
• Proficient in asyncio Python, with expertise in at least one Python web framework (preferably FastAPI).
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and multiprocessing in Python.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by responsibility and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, learning and adapting quickly to new challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to commit to decisions, even in the face of differing opinions.
• Experience having worked in a young startup is preferred
